This is a full-time, on-site CDL Driver role based in Mableton, GA. The CDL Driver will safely operate roll-off trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver, place, and pick up dumpsters at residential, commercial, and industrial locations. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, following established routes and schedules, and complying with all DOT and company safety regulations. The role involves securing loads, performing basic unloading tasks as needed, and communicating with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate service.

The CDL Driver will also complete required logs and documentation and represent Arrow Waste professionally in the field.

• Commercial driving skills, including CDL Class A or B and Truck Driving experience.
• Ability to operate and maneuver roll-off Truck equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and commitment to adhering to all safety and compliance requirements.
• Capability to perform Unloading tasks and safely handle materials as needed.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong time management, reliability, and ability to follow routes and schedules.
• Effective communication skills and professional customer service demeanor.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including climbing in and out of trucks and working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Previous experience in waste hauling, construction, or related industries is preferred.
