At Supply Star Little Learners Recruitment we are searching for qualified L3 (or above) childcare professionals on behalf of an award winning nursery chain, located in a picturesque setting near Macclesfield, Cheshire.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s learning and development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

* Act as a key person for a group of children

* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress

* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

* Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development

* Work effectively as part of a team

* Build positive relationships with parents and carers

* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed

Requirements

* Full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification

* Level 3 Paediactric First Aid Qualification (desirable)

* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

* A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one)

You must have a clear enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role. If you do not have one Supply Star Recruitment can support you in obtaining one at a cost of £63.
