AstraZeneca Macclesfield is seeking a Senior Scientist to join the chemistry process, modelling and automation team as a Mechanistic Chemist. You will apply Physical Organic Chemistry principles to drug-substance chemistry within PT&D, supporting development and launch of new medicines.
Working closely with analytical chemists, engineers and data science, you will lead or coach others, driving data-driven experimentation and digital solutions to enable robust, scalable manufacturing routes
