We're currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Operative to join a busy team covering the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys working directly with customers and taking pride in delivering high-quality remedial works and aftercare.
The RoleAs a Customer Care Operative, you'll be responsible for attending customers' homes to investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customers receive excellent service.
You’ll cover a regional patch stretching from Stockport across to Liverpool and down towards Crewe and Stoke.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out customer care and aftercare works within occupied properties
- Investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues
- Complete remedial works to a high standard
- Liaise professionally with homeowners, tenants and customers
- Work across multiple trades including joinery, painting, masticing and plastering
- Diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- Complete relevant paperwork and job updates
- Represent the company professionally when working in customers' homes
- Has previous experience in customer care, repairs, maintenance or aftercare
- Is confident across joinery, painting, masticing and plastering
- Ideally has experience within new build housing or social housing
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can work independently and manage their own workload
- Takes pride in the quality of their work
- Has a professional and reliable approach
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Up to £35,000 salary
