Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, in-office role that serves as a critical link between our sales team, customers, and day-to-day business operations. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coordinate with both outside and inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Oversee shipping and receiving of all orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage day-to-day office and warehouse operations
- Monitor and track order fulfillment from placement through delivery
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and vendors
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Report directly to ownership with regular updates on operational performance
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures and policies
- Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or office management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills — ability to work closely with sales teams and customers
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred
- Familiarity with industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Location: 8531 S. Freeway Dr., Macedonia, OH 44056
- Schedule: Full-time | On-site, Monday-Friday (This is an in-office position - remote work is not available)
