Service Manager
We have an immediate need for a Service Manager who will ensure a smooth workflow, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support service technicians to deliver top-quality service. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist in maximizing the efficiency of service technicians by organizing and prioritizing work orders based on technician capability, parts availability, and promised deadlines
- Facilitate smooth workflow through the department
- Prepare customer quotes, write work orders, look up parts, and handle customer billing with professionalism and accuracy
- Learn and utilize our inventory management software effectively
- Communicate service needs with customers using a proactive, sales-oriented approach
