Overview
Tool & Die Maker (Progressive Stamping) We’re hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain progressive stamping dies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on die troubleshooting, precision machining, and supporting production to keep tooling running at peak performance.
Responsibilities- Build, repair, and maintain progressive stamping dies
- Troubleshoot die issues and improve tool performance
- Perform die spotting, tryouts, and press-side support
- Machine components using mills, lathes, and grinders
- Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
- 3+ years Tool & Die or progressive stamping experience
- Strong machining and die troubleshooting skills
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Self-starter with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Work in a true in-house tool room
