** Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Overtime until 5:00pm as needed)

* About the Role:

*
* The purpose of these positions is to assemble products according to drawings and quality requirements. You'll verify cable/wire and parts against work order bills of material and drawings, read instructions carefully, build assemblies, test for electrical continuity, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. An onsite soldering test will be required as part of the interview process.

** Principal Accountabilities:*
* + Verify cable/wire and parts against work order bill of material and drawings.

+ Read drawing/build work order instructions and verify cable/wire cut lengths.

+ Assemble per drawing/specifications and quality requirements.

+ Test first piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity.

+ Make visual inspections on crimps and solders.

+ Ensure work order build times conform to standards and due dates.

** Key Challenges:*
* + Build all orders within labor standards.

+ Meet customer requirements for all orders.

+ Conform to safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

** Requirements:*
* + 1-2 years minimum in assembly/warehouse environment.

+

Experience with soldering and crimping terminals, lugs, and ferrules.

+ Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

+ Good communication and mathematical skills.

+ Team player.

+ Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

** Or*
* + 3-5 years minimum in assembly/warehouse environment.

+ 2 years minimum in soldering and crimping terminals, lugs, and ferrules.

+ Experience in closing assembly connectors a plus.

+ Strong communication and mathematical skills.

+ Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

+ Team player.

+ Diploma GED or equivalent required

+ Onsite soldering test required during interview
