Soldering Associates
Kelly® is hiring experienced Solderers for a client who designs and manufactures specialized electrical components, cable assemblies, and power distribution solutions used in demanding industrial and commercial applications.
$18–$22/hour (Based on Experience)
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime may be available until 5:00 PM, as needed.)
What You'll Do
- Assemble products according to drawings and quality requirements
- Verify cables, wires, and components against work orders, bills of material, and drawings
- Follow work order instructions and verify cable/wire cut lengths
- Build electrical and cable assemblies according to specifications
- Solder and crimp terminals, lugs, and ferrules
- Test first-piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity
- Perform visual inspections of crimps and soldered connections
- Ensure production meets established quality, timing, and order requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- 2 – 4 years of assembly experience preferred
- 1+ years of soldering and crimping experience
- Experience soldering and crimping terminals, lugs, and ferrules
- Experience closing assembly connectors
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Good communication and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Candidates must successfully complete an onsite soldering test as part of the interview process.
