• Take and place orders, serving and garnishing food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Collect payments while adhering to proper cash handling and comp procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back of house; clear tables and counters, and ensure the dining area remains tidy without disrupting guest comfort.
• Pack and complete orders according to guests' preferences, including any necessary condiments.
• Properly label and date products following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignments.
• Unload warehouse orders, stock, and organize products in designated storage areas, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints within your authority, and refer other issues to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

• Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience in food handling in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in guest service is preferred.
