Job Overview

Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. The associate moves incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and creates seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

• Assist customers in the Health and Beauty department.
• Maintain and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Create and update seasonal display features.

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (at or above minimum wage for the location).
• Additional Compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
