Retail Fulfillment - Macedonia Gateway Rack

Role Overview

Nordstrom Rack team members work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers. Responsibilities are split among Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment departments.

Sales & Customer Service

• Re‑merchandise and straighten the sales floor throughout the day to keep it runway‑ready.
• Cashier customers across in‑store, online, and mobile platforms, operating a point‑of‑sale system and bagging items of all sizes.
• Greet and assist customers in fitting rooms, sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter‑free sales floor by sorting and returning merchandise.
• Ensure stockrooms are organized, merchandise is checked in, and ticketing is accurate.
• Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset‑protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other in‑store initiatives.

Stock & Fulfillment

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver freight to selling departments.
• Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support special events, backroom organization, markdowns, and relocation of store fixtures.

• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Handle bulky items and lifting up to 10 pounds routinely, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Stock and Fulfillment roles may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly range: $15.75 – $16.35. Pay may vary by location and experience.
