We’re hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems.

• Work confidently on their own
• Enjoy advanced troubleshooting
• Take pride in doing the job right

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Service boilers, chillers, RTUs, and refrigeration
• Perform maintenance and inspections
  
  Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate with customers and team
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Mentor junior technicians when needed

• 5+ years commercial HVAC experience (senior techs encouraged)
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Experience with large commercial systems preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Primarily residential experience is not the right fit.

• Field-based commercial service
• Mechanical rooms, rooftops, commercial facilities
• Physical work: climbing, lifting, kneeling, all weather

• $45–$60+ per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime (1.5×, 2× holidays)
