Lead Commercial HVAC Technician
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to help lead a team of technicians to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. If you’re a hands‑on problem‑solver with experience in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration, we want you to join our family.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot simple and complex issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
- Ensure work quality and assist in the training of less experienced technicians.
- Manage van inventory stock.
- Comply with building codes and job safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment and complex issues.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification required.
- 7 years experience minimum.

- Job Type: Full‑time
- Pay: $50+ based on experience
- Schedule:
8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday;
On‑call availability as needed;
Expected hours: 40+ per week - Supplemental Pay:
