Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Macedonia, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a safety-first mindset. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with national and local codes and company standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Journeyman or master Electrician license, 5+ years preferred.
- Comfortable with residential and/or commercial/industrial work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background and MVR check required.
- Ability to pass a drug test and pre-employment physical (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
- Additional training/ fire alarm knowledge is a plus!
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Knack for communication and team building.
- Positive attitude while seeing every project through to completion.
