Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment in Macedonia. The right person will take ownership of equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across the plant. This is a 1st or 2nd shift direct hire position.

1st shift: 7am-3pm

2nd shift: 3pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and plant systems
• Diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Handle electrical and plumbing work as needed
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and robotic equipment (ABB, Motoman, or Rimrock experience a plus)
• Assist with continuous improvement and support other departments when required

Qualifications:

• Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting from 5V DC up to 480V 3-phase
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with PLC software (RS5/RS500 or similar) preferred
• Exposure to robotics or automated manufacturing a plus
• Die casting or foundry experience beneficial but not required
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, variable-temperature environment
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when production requires
