Quality Inspector – Full time

Expert Gasket & Seal, a small manufacturer and distributor located in Macedonia, Ohio seeks a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist to become an integral member of our team. The successful candidate

will need to be able to learn and handle multiple responsibilities. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to advance within our manufacturing environment.

• Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks including loading and unloading trucks, preparing daily UPS shipments and packaging shipments.
• Incoming inspection and documentation of products.
• General warehouse working including packaging parts, helping manufacturing personnel and pulling orders for shipments.
• Learning how to operate our Travel Head and Flash-cut machines.
• Helping to maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping floors, cleaning shelves, etc…

• Must be able to lift materials/packages up to 70 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Lift truck experience is a plus
• Knowledge of basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to work with others in a small business environment
• Self-motivated, hands-on individual with interest in learning quickly
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
