What You'll DoAs an Electrical Assembler, you'll help build and assemble electrical control panels, wiring systems, and mechanical components used in industrial equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
- Measure and cut materials using SAE and metric tape measures
- Perform electrical wiring, panel wiring, wire routing, and crimping
- Complete mechanical and machine assembly tasks
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs when needed
- Support production needs across various assembly areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate forklifts and other equipment when trained and authorized
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Ability to pass an electrical aptitude assessment
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with measuring tools and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical assembly or wiring experience
- Recent electrical certification or vocational training
- Panel wiring experience
- Forklift experience
- Welding experience
- Mechanical assembly or troubleshooting experience

1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Every other Saturday
3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday
- 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
- Every other Friday available for overtime

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Machesney Park, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
