Operate and program Haas CNC mill and lathe machines safely and productively;
Perform your own setups and produce quality parts from drawings with minimal supervision;
Plan machining processes by studying detailed/complex blueprints and work orders; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances;
Downloading/editing programs by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches;
Verifying settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample work pieces
