• Set up and run Acme multi-spindle screw machines to print.
• Verify dimensions and quality; adjust processes to maintain efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Work with teammates to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Keep the work area safe and organized in line with company policies.
• Record production metrics and elevate discrepancies to supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining training/certification is a plus.

• Fluent reading of blueprints and technical documentation.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑directed yet highly collaborative.
• Effective communicator with a positive attitude.
