Your Day, at a Glance You arrive to a clean, well-organized cell and review work instructions for the next run. After a quick safety check, you bring automated production equipment online and begin monitoring cycle performance. Throughout the shift, you verify that every part leaving your station is shipment-ready by performing a thorough final inspection against customer specifications and internal quality standards.

You capture measurement data, note abnormalities, and keep your area aligned with 5S so the next job can start without delay.

When something looks off, you pause, investigate, and communicate—escalating equipment concerns, material issues, or quality risks right away. Your tools of the trade include calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual standards, and your documentation is on point—accurate, timely, and complete.

What You'll DoSafely operate automated production machinery and follow documented work instructions.

Conduct final inspection on parts, components, and finished goods prior to release or shipment.

Verify dimensions, visual appearance, labeling, packaging, and workmanship against specifications.

Use inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, visual standards, and related tools) as required.

Accurately complete production, inspection, and quality records on schedule.

Monitor machine performance; report abnormalities, equipment issues, or maintenance needs promptly.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation consistent with 5S and safety standards.

Communicate quality concerns, production status, and material issues with supervisors, quality personnel, and teammates.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Hands-on experience in quality inspection and machine operation.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Confidence reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection tools.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection instruments.

Comfort with final inspections, first-piece and in-process checks, and quality documentation.

Basic mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.

Exposure to ISO 9001, IATF, medical device, aerospace, or other regulated environments is a plus.
