At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we provide more than just repairs; we provide solutions. We are looking for semi-skilled and skilled Certified Service Technicians who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and technical excellence. As the face of our service department, you will educate customers, evaluate systems, and ensure every home we visit is safe and comfortable.

This role follows a structured Technician 1 → 2 → 3 advancement track with a clear 3-year development timeline, supported by our Success Academy training programs and hands-on certifications at each level.

• Technical Excellence:
  Expertly service, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• System Evaluation:
  Perform thorough inspections of customer systems to prevent future issues and ensure equipment is functioning at peak efficiency.
• Consultative Service:
  Educate customers on their current system needs and provide detailed cost/benefit analyses for repairs versus new system replacements.
• Precision Documentation:
  Accurately document all services, system components, and customer discussions within Service Titan, ensuring invoices reflect clear costs for service.
• Professional Standards:
  Abide by all company safety policies, code of ethics, and performance standards while maintaining a clean, professional company vehicle and image.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Experience in residential HVAC service is preferred; pay is commensurate with your level of sophistication.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Certification and NATE Certification preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical repairs to non-technical customers.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficiency in using iPads and software for dispatch and invoicing.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to climb ladders, work in varied environmental conditions (extreme weather, crawl spaces, attics), stand for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• License:
  Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Background & Screening:
  Must be able to PASS a background check and drug screen.
