Full Time. Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Job Shift: Full Time: 80 hours per pay period. Job Category:

- Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one‑on‑one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
- Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short‑ and long‑term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
- Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team members
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
- LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
- Prior experience working with children and families
- You are passionate for supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges
- You adapt your communication style to each child’s developmental level, including using nonverbal strategies when needed, to ensure children feel understood and supported
- You bring strong clinical judgment and the ability to tailor interventions to each child’s unique needs
- You are committed to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to a positive, family-centered therapy experience
