Water Spyder - Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accurate management and organization of stock and supplies. The role ensures inventory levels are maintained, proper documentation is kept, and discrepancies are promptly resolved. This position supports the logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and storage of products.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Input inventory data into inventory management systems and generate reports for management.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical inventories and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies during receipt, storage, and shipment.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of goods.
• Inventory Optimization: Analyze trends to forecast needs and reduce waste or overstocking.
• Communication: Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve inventory issues.
