• Deliver direct patient care for Med/Surg patients, including comprehensive assessments, monitoring, and timely documentation
• Administer medications and therapies per protocol; monitor for adverse reactions and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans; communicate changes clearly
• Provide patient- and family-centered education; support discharge planning and transitional care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records; uphold patient confidentiality and privacy
• Respond rapidly to clinical changes; participate in emergency response and code situations as needed

• Current Registered Nurse license (Maine or eligibility for Maine licensure)
• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work the night shift in a hospital Med/Surg setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
