Travel RN in the Operating Room (OR) in Machias, ME. Requires a one-year nursing experience, a Maine or compact RN license, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and COVID vaccine. Preferred: CNOR certification. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient care are recommended. Experience in rural or small‑town settings is a plus.
Job Description & RequirementsRegistered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse (OR RN). The role includes assisting in surgical procedures, preparing and monitoring patients pre‑ and post‑operatively, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe patient care.
Required Qualifications- Registered Nurse, OR
- Minimum 1 year experience
- RN license (compact accepted)
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS - COVID vaccine required
- Pre‑Op/PACU experience
- Valid SSN and DOB required
- CNOR certification
