The Emergency Room Nurse is responsible for providing urgent medical care to patients in critical condition and stabilizing them for further treatment. They work in fast-paced and high-stress environments, making quick decisions to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Assessing patients upon arrival and determining the level of care needed.
• Administering emergency medications and treatments as necessary.
• Performing triage to prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes in condition.
• Educating patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
• Documenting all patient care in medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
