Position: Admissions Records Officer (International Admissions)

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Immigration Specialist with the management and maintenance of international students and alumni in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
  • Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO).
  • Assist with graduate and undergraduate international student admissions responsibilities.
  • Issue initial and continuing I‑20s.
  • Review financial documentation to determine authenticity and validity.
  • Advise international students on immigration regulations.
  • Confirm school attendance for international students in relation to employment documents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • All incumbents must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents to serve as a DSO.

$18.79 – $20.67

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience totaling at least 36 months, which can be satisfied through coursework or work experience in administrative support, admissions and enrollment, customer service, public relations, records management, or closely related fields.
  • Pre‑graduation applicants are welcome. A degree must be conferred at the time of application; if the applicant is in the final semester, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment. The degree must come from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or an equivalent international accrediting body.
