Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Any one or combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the following categories:
- Work experience in construction management, building project management or a closely related field.
- College coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
- Associate Degree (60 semester hours) equals one (1) year (12 months)
- 90-semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months)
- Three (3) years (36 months) of building construction management and/or building project management experience comparable to the lower level of this series.
- Pre‑graduation applicants are welcome to apply. In order to be considered for employment, the degree must be conferred at the time of application, unless applicant is in the final semester of a degree program; if so, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment. For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body).
- Authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship. Sponsorship for work authorization will not be considered for this position.
- Will submit to a background investigation upon offer of employment.
Monthly Wage: $4,529–$4,981 (anticipated starting salary of $4,529)
