About the Position
Outpatient Family Medicine opening in a well-supported clinic setting with no weekend hours. Enjoy an optional 4-day workweek, collaborative team environment, and a full compensation package including loan repayment and bonuses.

Practice Setting:
Family Clinic is open Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Optional 4-day work week
There is currently 2 Physicians and 4 NPs employed by MDH seeing patients with additional provider support from partner clinics
Option to also oversee convenience clinic
48-bed   healthcare facility providing an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services
Compensation:
Competitive base salary between   $300,000 - $350,000
Additional $150,000 Student loan repayment   paid direct by employer
$50,000   sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation
