Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Dedicated OR Block Time:
Monday & Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Shared call model supported by CNM
This structure allows for both surgical consistency and balanced call coverage.
Compensation & Benefits- Annual salary range for this position is $300,000 - $500,000. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

As an OB/GYN at MDH, you will provide full‑spectrum women’s healthcare services, including:
- Annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
- Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions and infections
- Contraceptive counseling and fertility guidance
- Prenatal and postnatal care
- Labor and delivery services
- Gynecologic surgical procedures
- Evaluation, treatment, referral, or admission of patients as clinically appropriate
You will collaborate closely with clinic staff, MDH medical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
Qualifications- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Completion of OB/GYN residency training (minimum five years surgical training)
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical license
- Current DEA registration
- ACLS certification
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months if not current)
- Proof of approved Fetal Monitoring Course attendance every 2 years
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
