Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management; potential to teach graduate courses in the MBA HRM concentration
- Deliver instruction in multiple modalities, including face‑to‑face and online
- Maintain instructional quality and engage students in a supportive learning environment
- Contribute to student success through accessibility, communication, and mentoring
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum alignment, course development, and program assessment
- Participate in assurance of learning and continuous improvement processes
- Engage in service activities appropriate to a unit B appointment
Instructor, 9‑month appointment. $7,950 – $8,333 per month, commensurate with experience.

Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, or closely related field.
- Relevant professional experience in Human Resource Management or a related area.
- Demonstrated ability or potential for effective teaching at the undergraduate level.
- Commitment to student‑centered teaching and applied learning.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Prior teaching experience in HRM or related business disciplines.
- Experience teaching in online or hybrid formats.
- Evidence of ongoing professional engagement consistent with AACSB IP/SP expectations (e.g., consulting, professional development, applied scholarship, or industry partnerships).
- Ability to contribute to graduate instruction in an MBA program.
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
