Program Coordinator (Assistant Director of Multicultural Center)

Monthly Wage: $3,052 - $3,357

Responsibilities
  • Support programming initiatives related to identity, culture, retention and the student identities affiliated with the Multicultural Center.
  • Assist in student leadership and development through program and event planning, conflict resolution, budget coordination, and services that enhance identity, culture, and retention of students.
  • Manage daily operations, oversee space reservations, assist with marketing and communications.
  • Aid in the supervision of student staff.
  • Play an integral role in advancing the Center’s mission.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • One (1) year of experience in student programming and/or student development with an emphasis on working with underrepresented populations, or an equivalent related field.
  • A Master’s degree in a related area may substitute for one year of experience.
  • Pre‑graduation applicants are welcome. The degree must be conferred at the time of application unless the applicant is in the final semester; if so, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
  • The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or an equivalent international accrediting body.
