Assistant Women s Basketball Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES

The assistant coach for women s basketball is responsible for all aspects related to assisting the head coach with conducting practices and competition, individual development, assisting with recruiting and contacting prospective student-athletes and promoting/maintaining positive public relations.

RANK & SALARY

$40,000-$45,000 per year.

Job Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s Degree.
  • Two years college basketball and/or coaching experience.
  • Working knowledge of Synergy and Just Play software.
  • Valid driver s license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master s Degree.
  • Experience coaching at the D1 level.

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
