RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Director of Alumni Engagement assists the Director of Alumni Engagement in the creation and implementation of a national comprehensive alumni relations program designed to foster lifelong relationships between the University and its alumni; and to assist in the management and administration of all budget, facilities, policies, staff and programming of the WIU Alumni Association.

APPOINTMENT:
As soon as possible

MONTHLY WAGE: $3,368-$3,704 (Anticipated starting salary at $3,368)

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A total of three (3) years of work experience in the development and management of Alumni Relations programs, staff, and budget, or a closely related field.
  • Note:

    Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience.
  • Pre-graduation applicants are welcome to apply. In order to be considered for employment, the degree must be conferred at the time of application, unless applicant is in the final semester of a degree program; if so, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
  • For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body).
