Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
International candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Must hold or be eligible for an Illinois PT license
CPR certification required
APTA membership preferred
Experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training
