Overview

Assistant Football Coach - Defensive Line

Responsibilities
  • The Assistant Coach for Football is responsible for all aspects related to assisting the Head Coach with conducting practices and competition, individual development, assisting with recruiting and contacting prospective student-athletes and promoting/maintaining positive public relations.
RANK & SALARY
  • $46,800 - $52,800 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of collegiate football coaching experience
  • Proven record of player skill development
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated record of successfully recruiting academically and athletically prepared student-athletes
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Experience coaching at the NCAA DI or DII level
  • For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment
