The Assistant Director of Enrollment Systems works collaboratively with all enrollment departments for the implementation and operations of the CRM system Slate to enhance the enrollment management operations for the Office of Admissions, the Office of Graduate Studies and other departments charged with enrollment goals. The Assistant Director will serve as a primary CRM administrator for the university.
The Assistant Director will assist in planning and providing data-informed and system-based solutions to facilitate outreach, recruitment, travel and territory management, campus visit programming, yield programming, reporting and analysis.
The Assistant Director utilizes proven communication and problem‑solving skills to guide, train and assist all user groups on issues related to the design, development, deployment and identification of options to fully utilize CRM software critical to university operations. Collaborates with departments to conduct and identify business objectives and requirements. The Assistant Director will continue to work with other enrollment departments to utilize the CRM platform for their individual and departmental needs.
This position provides software development and support in a multi-platform environment, utilizing software applications to support the planning, development, and coordination of recruitment and admissions efforts to recruit and enroll prospective students.
$50,000 - $53,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (preferred degrees in information systems, computer science, business administration, management information systems, marketing, statistics, social sciences)
- Minimum of two years of progressive work experience with systems administration
- Experience with software application development and/or database management
- Knowledge and experience in recruiting/sales and/or college admissions
- Experience working in a fast‑paced and customer‑service rich environment with a diversifying student body
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a related field
