What You’ll Do- Assemble and build products and components by following blueprints and work instructions
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Inspect products and components to help ensure quality standards are met
- Handle, move, load, and unload materials to support production operations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic math, computer, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to use manufacturing tools and equipment
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
- Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
- First Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Monday through Friday plus required overtime as scheduled
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying seasonal temperatures, noise, machinery, and other typical factory conditions.
- Physically active position requiring standing for the duration of the shift, repetitive work, and regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
