We’re a non-denominational church rooted in the Restoration Movement with an average of about 230 people gathering each Sunday (along with many others joining online). Our 7‑member staff team works closely together to lead and support the life of the church, and we recently expanded with a brand-new 24,000 square foot, debt‑free facility that gives us space to grow and serve in new ways.

At the heart of everything we do is a strong commitment to outreach, missions, and helping people grow as disciples of Jesus.

Maple Avenue Christian Church is inviting a college student to step into a hands‑on role in our children’s ministry (Nursery–5th grade). This isn’t just a summer job; it’s an opportunity to be poured into while actively serving. You’ll gain real ministry experience, take on meaningful responsibility, and be part of a church that is serious about making disciples.

• Lead and coordinate Vacation Bible School (VBS)
• Help plan and lead summer programming and events for kids
• Teach on Sunday mornings
• Recruit, schedule, and encourage volunteers
• Build relationships with kids and their families
• Be fully involved in the life and rhythm of the church

• $18/hour + housing provided
• Hands‑on experience in children’s ministry and leadership
