Overview
We are seeking an RN to lead our skilled nursing facility, managing nursing staff and overseeing resident care.
Responsibilities- Hiring, training, evaluating staff

- Managing hospice, home health, and care services
- Maintaining accurate documentation

- Rotating on-call shifts
- Active RN license
- CPR certification
- Experience in hospice and home health
- Strong management skills
- Proficiency with nursing systems and medical records
- Excellent communication, judgment, and multitasking abilities
