Wesley Village is a full-service retirement community offering a variety of food service careers. We have many flexible shifts to choose whichever best suit your needs.

1pm-6:45pm, 2-3 days per week

We will train the right person but experience and Food Service Managers Certificate a big plus

Every other weekend, REQUIRED

• Prepares and serves allitems per standardized recipes

• Short order Cook (Hamburgers, French Fries, Onion Rings, etc.)
• Prepares Jello, Pudding, Salads, Breads, Cakes, Frosting as prep work

• Plans food production, so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved

• Keeps area clean and sanitized

• Also must maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance Policy

• Record temps, stock menu items, ability to prepare food for groups up to 15 people, etc.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively

• Ability to understand measurements and conversions

• Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment
