Retail Sales Associate – Part‑Time

Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. In addition to delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, you will participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation while focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Be customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influencing moments that matter.
• Perform cash wrap operations using modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions, promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support the shipment process to stay aware of product, what’s new and what’s on the floor; contribute to omni‑order fulfillment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

• At least 16 years of age.

Regular/Part‑time. Hourly: $15.00 – $15.30, varying by qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. Minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever higher) based on city, county, state. Early access to earnings through Pay Activ.
