What you’ll do: As a full‑time retail store manager, you’ll lead a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 management members. You’ll:

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation and sound operational practices while controlling store expenses

• Previous management experience, required
• Retail store management experience, preferred

Regular / Full time

Hourly: $25.77–$28.63 (varies with qualifications, experience, and location). Minimum wage or minimum of the pay range, whichever is higher. Eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
