Maintenance Technician
- Requires general knowledge and experience in unit refurbishment to include painting, drywall repairs, cabinet and counter top installation, and flooring installation.
- Experience with electrical and HVAC repairs preferred.
- Must possess physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Weekend on-call requirement every 6 weeks.
