Perform complete short-run CNC mill setups on 3- and 5-axis machines, including tooling selection and fixture setup;
Set up and run 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines for prototype and production runs;
Edit Heidenhain programs at the machine, including adjusting offsets and feeds/speeds;
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with tolerances;
Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools
