Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce high-volume precision parts in a manufacturing environment.;
Run production on assigned CNC equipment, consistently producing between approximately 500 and 1,100 parts per shift while maintaining quality standards.;
Perform basic machine adjustments, including offsets and assisting with changeovers, under the guidance of more experienced operators or machinists.;
Read and interpret blueprints and production documentation to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.;
Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform in-process inspections and verify part dimensions.
