Repair and maintain sites buildings, grounds, systems and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedules and troubleshooting practices;
Maintains and monitors HVAC units, alarms, fire suppression, lawn sprinkler, lighting and piping;
Performs field maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, painting, floor finishing, carpet care, landscaping, and vehicle maintenance;
Responds to building emergencies when requested and coordinates with other responders to restore safety;
Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications and standards; maintains logs of work performed and equipment used
