Summary
The General Affairs Specialist manages the full life‑cycle of corporate assets, specifically company vehicles and corporate mobile devices. Responsibilities include managing new vehicle orders, maintenance, and administrative registrations, as well as mobile phone activations and plan management. The goal is to enhance employee efficiency and ensure transparent asset management through diligent invoice processing and support for business travelers.
Responsibilities Corporate Vehicle Management- Manage new corporate vehicle orders for expatriates and their families
- Support corporate vehicle orders and coordinate with dealerships
- Coordinate vehicle pickup schedules and manage delivery processes
- Process and maintain vehicle registration documentation
- Handle new license plate (tag) issuance and tag replacements
- Manage engine oil inspection schedules and notify drivers(expatriates) of inspection dates
- Manage insurance claims with insurance companies in the event of vehicle accidents
- Support documentation and internal reporting related to vehicle accidents
- Maintain accurate administrative records for corporate vehicles
- Coordinate with vendors and external agencies related to vehicle administration
- Manage the ordering, activation, and inventory of corporate mobile phones for expatriates and local employees
- Provide telecommunication support for business travelers, including the activation of global roaming plans
- Review and process monthly invoices for vehicle orders, maintenance, and mobile communication expenses
- Maintain records of asset‑related expenditures and monitor budget compliance
- Provide additional General Affairs support as requested by the GA Leader
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Driver’s license is required to pick up mail and packages, and site visits
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, inventory management, or general affairs‑related role is preferred
- Handle administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience with ERP & SAP software and benefits systems is required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in SAP ERP for invoice and expense processing
- Competence in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel) and administrative systems
- Ability to prioritize workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English required
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and support cross‑functional teams
- Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours: safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, nitrile gloves, ear protection, clean room suit
- Must be able to do the following repeatedly for a period of up to 12 hours: lift/push/pull; stoop, twist, bend; reach overhead; sit and/or stand; use of hands and fingers to perform job function
