Student Worker

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist students, parents, faculty, and staff with questions and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Bursar Office Coordinator and other management staff.

• Availability to work 20 hours per week during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Must be Federal Work‑Study eligible.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Maintain professionalism at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential student records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate skill level in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
